Abel Realty Capital is a Texas-based commercial mortgage brokerage that arranges debt capital for real estate investors and developers.

With over 10 years of experience in capital markets, we have experience with a wide variety of property types, specialize in multifamily, self storage, and single family developments. Typical loan requests include financing for property acquisition, rehab, refinancing/cash-out, and ground up construction.

Our continued success comes from our strong underwriting practices, practical advice and deep relationships with lenders. We work with banks, debt funds, REITS, Agency (Fannie / Freddie), CMBS, and other capital providers.

Henry Holt
Principal
Henry Holt has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
​
In 2011, Henry graduated with a Finance Degree from Texas A&M University.
​
In 2012, he joined Comerica Bank, a regional bank with $70 billion in total assets. He started at Comerica as a Commercial Banking Underwriter, where he analyzed and created credit presentations on more than $400,000,000 in loan exposure to the bank. In 2013, he was promoted to Commercial Loan Officer where he was tasked with originating new loans and managing these lending relationships.

In 2019, he joined Old Capital, a Dallas-based capital markets intermediary focused on financing value add multifamily properties. During his time at Old Capital, Henry underwrote and supported the closing of over $360,000,000 in acquisition financing for multifamily properties throughout the country. In 2021, he joined McKinney Realty Capital, another Dallas-based capital markets intermediary.

In 2023, after 12 years in the industry and originating over $100,000,000 in commercial real estate loans, Henry founded Abel Realty Capital.
